A few simple terms and house rules to keep every visit safe and happy.
Entry & Supervision
Little Peppe welcomes children aged 1–12. A parent or guardian must remain on the premises while their child is playing. Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times.
Safety & House Rules
Socks are mandatory in all play zones. Please follow staff instructions and posted age-group guidelines. We may refuse entry or ask guests to leave if behaviour risks the safety of others.
Bookings & Payments
Birthday, party, and school-trip bookings are confirmed once arrangements are agreed with our team. Prices, inclusions, and package details are as quoted at the time of booking and may change.
Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible. Specific terms for parties and group bookings will be shared at the time of confirmation.
Liability
While we maintain a safe, supervised, padded environment with CCTV, play involves inherent activity. Guests participate at their own discretion and are asked to play responsibly.
